Data from RHInterchange reports can be captured and saved for further analysis and for use in documents and presentations. Data can be captured in three ways:
Selecting and Copying Data
This option is available for all reports on the RHInterchange website.
To select and copy data from a report, run the report with the data you want to copy.
Then, using the mouse, place the cursor at the start of the data set you want to copy.
While holding down the left mouse button, drag the cursor across the data you want to copy. The selected data will be highlighted as shown by the sample figure below.
Place your cursor anywhere in the highlighted area and click the right mouse button. A menu is displayed with Copy as one of the options as shown in the figure below. The copy option is circled in red below. Alternatively,
choose Copy from the Edit menu.
The selected report data is now stored in your computer's clipboard. You can paste the data into any Microsoft Office application.
Pasting tip: If the instructions above do not place values in separate cells in Excel (i.e., all information highlighted is pasted into one cell of the spreadsheet), in the Excel menu, choose Edit, then Paste Special, select Text and then click OK. The values will now be pasted into separate cells.
Please Note
Although various Internet browsers differ from each other, each allows you the ability to highlight and copy data from the reports on this website.

Exporting to Excel

Once you have generated the report you would like to view, click Export to Excel (circled in the figure below).
A dialog box will appear, asking you if you would like to open or save the file. To view the data, choose Open with Microsoft Office Excel (default). An Excel spreadsheet containing all the data in the report will open in your browser.
To save the spreadsheet, choose Save As in the File menu, specify where you would like to save the file, and give the file a name. IMPORTANT: Make sure to change the file type to "Microsoft Office Excel Workbook", as highlighted in the figure below.
Click Save.
