Registering

Users who desire in-depth shipment information for a particular country must register with the site. This involves filling out the registration form.

Please note that the RHInterchange web site is intended for a specific group of users. Though anyone can access the site and view general reports, registration is required to access detailed shipment information.

Registration Instructions:

Click Register at the top right of any page to display the registration page. A sample Registration form is shown at right.

Click in each field and provide the corresponding information.

Each field marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.

The drop-down list associated with the Country field lets you select a country for which you can view detailed data. Typically, but not always, the country selected is the country where you are physically located.

To select a country: Click on the arrow next to the Country field to open the drop-down list and select a country in the list.

Take care when entering your email address. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address along with your username and password.

Use the Comments field to explain what type of detailed information you seek. Based on your explanation, the RHInterchange Manager can evaluate your information needs and respond better to meet those needs. For example, a customized report could be provided to facilitate research needs, or access could be given to help monitor shipments.

After you complete the Registration form, click Register.

An acknowledgement page will be displayed informing you that a registration request has been made for you. The information page will display the username you provided and your email address. You will be sent a confirmation message by email. You should print the acknowledgement page and save it for future reference.

If you do not receive an email confirmation in a week's time, please contact the RHInterchange Manager.
